Join Tao as she shares years of yoga wisdom, focused on the pillars of yoga to achieve balance, strength and integrity of the asanas while exploring the rich potentials of the body to renew, heal, and revitalize. This learning will be used to move through vinyasas that flow with music, bringing a joyful sense of accomplishment. Stories will be told and wisdom to inspire students to achieve their potential. The yoga class is appropriate for all levels and styles of yoga. Don't miss this incredible opportunity to practice with Tao, a true master of yoga.
